Refund & Return Policy
At Flourished by Kat, we take pride in creating luxury preserved floral arrangements designed to last for years. Due to the delicate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
Returns
All sales are considered final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged Items
While we take great care in packaging each arrangement, shipping carriers occasionally mishandle packages.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please email us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Provide your order number
Once we review the claim, we will determine the best resolution which may include:
• A replacement arrangement
• A partial refund
• A store credit
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
